Thanksgiving Catering Policies

1. When to Order:

  • The ordering window opens at 9:00 AM on Friday, November 1st, and closes at 5:00 PM on Thursday, November 21st.
  • You can call to place your order with a catering coordinator between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM daily.

2. Payment:

  • Full payment is required to secure your order. Our catering coordinators will prepare a quote for your review and approval. Convenient online payment is available with your approval. Please be sure that your order is correct and complete before approval. Any requested changes to an approved order will incur a $25 Change Order Fee.

3.Change Order Fee:

  • A $25 fee will apply for any changes requested after a quote has been approved.

4. Preparation Dates:

  • All Thanksgiving orders will be prepared fresh on:
    • Monday, November 25th for pickup on Tuesday, November 26th.
    • Tuesday, November 26th for pickup on Wednesday, November 27th.
  • All orders are packaged cold and include reheating instructions.

5. Leftovers Reminder:

  • Leftovers should be consumed or disposed of by Sunday, December 1st, to ensure food safety. Remember to keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold when serving.

6. Curbside Pickup:

  • Convenient drive-through curbside pickup will be available on Tuesday, November 26th and Wednesday, November 27th at the south side of the building. Look for parking lot signs directing you to the designated area.
  • If you plan to do any in-store shopping, we recommend doing so before picking up your catering order.

7. Store Closure:

  • Miles Farmers Market will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 28th.

  • This depends on your guest count and preferences. Our catering coordinators will help you by asking questions like:

    • How many adults vs. children?
    • What time are you eating?
    • Are you catering the entire meal or supplementing it with other items?
    • Do you want enough for seconds and leftovers?
  • These questions help us determine the best quantity for your needs.

3. Can I modify or substitute items in the dinner packages?

  • No, modifications or substitutions are not available for our Small and Large Dinner Packages. However, individual items can be ordered separately.

4. Is Miles Farmers Market open on Thanksgiving?

  • No, Miles Farmers Market will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, November 28th.

5. Can I request ingredient details for allergy concerns?

  • Yes, we offer ingredient transparency for all Thanksgiving menu items. Just ask, and we will provide the information.

6. How are Thanksgiving orders packaged?

  • All orders will be packaged cold with clear reheating instructions provided, ensuring your meal is perfect when served.

7. How long will it take to receive my quote?

  • It can take up to two business days to prepare your quote, which will include a detailed list of requested menu items and itemized pricing.

8. Do quotes expire?

  • Yes, unapproved quotes will expire on Wednesday, November 12th.

9. What should I bring for pickup?

  • Please bring a copy of your paid invoice to expedite the pickup process. A digital copy on your phone is also acceptable.
