Looking for a notable Cheddar? Look no further – we have mild to extra sharp from England, Canada, Vermont, New York, Wisconsin, California, Oregon and even Iowa and Utah!

It ages for at least 10 months and is coated in the traditional black wax before it makes its way to our shelves for you to enjoy!
