Ginger-Orange Dip
Give Appetizer Meatballs a burst of citrus with this dip. Also try a drizzle on sliced roast sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 3 ounces orange juice concentrate, thawed (½ of a 6-ounce container)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, grated
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Directions
- In medium bowl stir together orange juice concentrate, olive oil, ginger and garlic. Mix well.
